This approach is practical, empowering, and future-focused, helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

You don't need to have a clear goal - just a sense that something isn't quite aligned and a willingness to engage in the process. A consultation gives us both space to see whether this feels like a good fit.

Not at all. Everything is explained clearly and approached at a pace that feels comfortable. You don't need to prepare or 'know what to do' - just show up as you are.

What does a typical life coaching session look like?

Each session is different and shaped around you. Sessions usually involve conversation, exploration of patterns or beliefs, and subconscious-focused work using NLP or hypnotherapy techniques where appropriate. You're always aware and in control throughout the session. You'll leave each session with clarity, tools to use, and action steps. Sessions are held over Zoom and typically last 60 minutes.

Will I be in control during hypnotherapy?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a natural, relaxed state of focus - not unconsciousness. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You remain aware, in control, and able to speak or stop at any point. Nothing happens without your consent.

How long does it take to see change from life coaching?

This varies for everyone. Some women notice shifts quickly, while others experience change more gradually. Lasting change tends to happen when insight, consistency, and integration come together - which is why weekly support can be so powerful.

You don't need to be 'broken' to benefit from coaching! In fact, most clients are high-functioning, successful women who simply want to feel as good on the inside as they appear on the outside. Coaching isn't about fixing you - it's about helping you unlock even more of your potential and enjoy the life you're working so hard to build.

My hourly rate is £90 p/h, however I offer block packages at a reduced rate. I always recommend a consultation first to determine your needs and number of sessions to reach your desired outcomes as it's very individual.
